As a hands-on expert and suitably qualified technician, reporting directly to the Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promptly addressing external service requests from our valued customers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond maintenance as you champion the promotion of our top-quality spare parts, cutting-edge equipment, service packages, and comprehensive aftermarket support. Ensuring the utmost efficiency in operations, adhering to safety protocols and quality benchmarks, and consistently exceeding customer delivery deadlines will be central to your role.

What you’ll do:

– Respond to customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
– Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems
– Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and report incidents promptly.
– Order and install parts
– Promote our spare parts, equipment, and services
– Maintain customer satisfaction
– Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
– Document service work accurately
– Represent the company professionally

What you’ll need:

– Trade qualification in hydraulics or equivalent
– 3+ years of experience in field service or hydraulics
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license
