Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Electrical Designer with expertise in Industrial Automation and Heavy Machinery to join our innovative team in Australia. Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovative Electrical Design Development: Generate and refine electrical design concepts and solutions for industrial automation challenges, ensuring they align with project objectives and client needs.
2. Collaborative Teamwork: Engage closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that all electrical designs are feasible, efficient, and meet the specified requirements.
3. Expertise in Design Software: Utilize EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical to create detailed and accurate electrical designs for diverse heavy machinery applications.
4. Adherence to Standards and Regulations: Ensure all designs comply with relevant Australian and international industry standards and safety regulations.
5. Process Improvement Initiatives: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our design processes and procedures, focusing on efficiency and quality.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Proficiency in EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical: Demonstrated expertise in using these design tools for electrical design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
2. Experience in Heavy Machinery Electrical Design: Solid background in electrical design specific to heavy machinery, with any experience in the rail or mining industries viewed favorably.
3. Understanding of Australian Industry Context: Familiarity with the Australian industrial sector’s standards and practices, or a strong willingness to learn.
